Honestly, I’m having a hard time believing it’s August already, but it’s the start of a new month now.
Let’s start off with some good news. Significant progress has been made on the sequel of the House of Virgil. While I have given the description of the plot before, I had yet to come up with a title. Thankfully, I have a title along with several chapters. Be on the lookout for more news regarding the Adventures of the Stylish Simon and the Rise of the Adept coming soon.
But now, it is time to shift towards some bad news. Due to the dungeon master of the game having personal problems to go through, I am cancelling the planned Expedition Log of Gravoll series. This dungeon master was also a player in the Curse of Strahd game I run, which is now on hiatus, along with the Journal of Darius Ballester. This will not affect the Running Curse of Strahd podcast, which will continue soon.
Additionally, the whole deal regarding Activision Blizzard is just leaving a bad feeling. Before, I was finding it hard to invest myself into Warcraft, which also meant trying to find motivation for Dungeons and Dragons and Warcraft. Now, I can say that it is going to be placed on hiatus. I may come back to it, I may not. I do not know at the time of writing.
But there is some good news to leave off on. As you can see, the Journal of Runark and Gettin’ Real with the Reels have both been updated with new entries over the past month. I have plans to continue both moving on.
I am not sure what all I will be able to accomplish with school coming up in a few weeks but I will do my best.
Until next time.
